Reflection

Reflection is a technique in which an agent reviews its own previous output, actions or failures, writes down what went wrong or could improve, and uses that analysis to guide its next attempt.

Reflection sits in the Agents & tools part of the Agentik {OS} glossary, which defines the words used to build and run AI agent systems.
