Build the AI team once. Install it again and again.
The Agentik marketplace is where AI organizations are packaged, installed and adapted. One team of agents, built once, serves the next client as well.
Consulting becomes product. Expertise becomes a software asset.
01 The problem
Weeks of work. Sold once.
“I spent weeks building this AI team. My client wants the same one. How do I package and sell it?”
The usual answer is to build it again: rewrite the roles, rewire the tools and bill the weeks again. The method stays in someone's head and leaves with the invoice.
That is not a pricing problem. It is a packaging problem.
02 The loop
Build once. Package. Install. Customize. Sell repeatedly.
- 01
Build
Describe what the system must accomplish. Builder will design the organization: Director, teams, agents, methods and gates.
- 02
Package
The team will become an OS: sealed, versioned and checked as one composition.
- 03
Install
The buyer adds it to the AI host they already pay for: Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex and other MCP hosts.
- 04
Customize
Each client gets its own project, with its own memory, objects, connections and audit. Nothing crosses.
- 05
Sell repeatedly
The next client will install the same version. You improve the package, not the invoice.
03 Consulting to product
The work does not disappear. It moves.
- Billing
- Consulting is billed by the day. A product is sold by the install.
- Starting point
- Consulting starts from zero. A product starts from a version.
- Reach
- Consulting lives in one client. A product installs in any.
- Improvement
- Consulting ends with the mission. A product improves with each release.
04 Who packages here
Made for the people who build AI teams.
- AI consultants
- Turn the team you built for one client into an OS the next client installs.
- AI agencies
- Stop rebuilding the same delivery team for every account. Version it.
- Developers
- Ship the workflows, tools and checks as one package, not a repo of prompts.
- Prompt/agent builders
- Your agents get a Director, a method and a gate. That is what makes them installable.
- Domain experts
- A lawyer's intake, a CFO's close, a recruiter's screen: your method, in a form other people can run.
- Creators
- Package the way you work, for the people who follow how you work.
- Enterprise transformation teams
- Build the method once and install it in every business unit, each with its own project, memory and audit.
05 What you sell
An organization. Not a prompt pack.
An OS has a Director who assigns the work, teams and agents with named roles, workflows with owners, budgets, retries and escalation, the tools it may use and the permissions it must respect, knowledge and memory, evaluations, and a human gate before anything leaves the building.
That is what the buyer pays for: the method, with its controls.
06 The split
Creators keep 80%, 90% or 95%.
Creators will keep 80%, 90% or 95% of eligible marketplace revenue, depending on their plan. Agentik keeps the rest, and a referrer earns from Agentik's share, never from the creator's.
We publish the split before the first sale, so you can plan on it. On one $19.99 OS unlock:
- $19 plan
- You keep $15.99. Agentik keeps $4.00.
- $99 plan
- You keep $17.99. Agentik keeps $2.00.
- $199 plan
- You keep $18.99. Agentik keeps $1.00.
Arithmetic on the published rule, before payment fees and taxes.
07 Start
Tell us what you would package.
Describe the AI team you already run for clients: what it does, who it serves and what it must never do.
The marketplace already lists Content OS and Growth OS.
