Privacy Policy

Last updated 16 September 2026. This page describes data that Agentik {OS} actually processes. The public site is agentik-os.com. MCP install and calls stay on mcp.agentik-os.com.

Who to write

Product and privacy questions go to x@agentik-os.com. We do not list a street address or a company registration number because none is published in this product.

What we collect

Clerk holds your identity: email, session, and the identifiers needed to sign you in. Stripe holds payment details for an official OS unlock at $19.99 once, or a monthly plan at $19 (three official OS you choose), $99 (ten official OS), or $199 (unlimited official OS). Studio and Builder are included with any paid plan. A lifetime unlock does not create OS. Convex stores workspace membership, entitlements, and cloud OS instance rows after Stripe verifies an event, or after a complimentary two-month Unlimited seat is claimed. Instance objects and memory are sealed per workspace. App tokens stay at the connection provider. We store toolkit plus a connection id only. A checkout success page does not grant access by itself.

What we do not buy

Agentik does not run a managed LLM for you and does not purchase tokens. The host you connect (Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Hermes) executes jobs and bills you for model use. Secrets that belong on the host should stay on the host.

Cookies

There is no separate cookie policy because we do not publish a standalone cookie statement. Clerk and Stripe may set cookies or similar storage that their products require to keep a session or complete payment. We do not sell that data.

Retention

Identity lasts as long as your Clerk account. Payment records follow Stripe. Entitlements last for the life of a one-time unlock or until a monthly plan ends. Instance audits last 30 days on $99 and 180 days on $199. You can export or delete workspace instances from Profile. You can also ask x@agentik-os.com to review or close a workspace record we control.
