Who to write

Product and privacy questions go to x@agentik-os.com. We do not list a street address or a company registration number because none is published in this product.

What we collect

Clerk holds your identity: email, session, and the identifiers needed to sign you in. Stripe holds payment details for an official OS unlock at $19.99 once, or a monthly plan at $19 (three official OS you choose), $99 (ten official OS), or $199 (unlimited official OS). Studio and Builder are included with any paid plan. A lifetime unlock does not create OS. Our database on Cloudflare stores workspace membership, entitlements, and cloud OS instance rows after Stripe verifies an event, or after a complimentary two-month Unlimited seat is claimed. Instance objects and memory are sealed per workspace. App tokens stay at the connection provider. We store toolkit plus a connection id only. A checkout success page does not grant access by itself. For the newsletter we store your email address, the form you used and the time you gave and confirmed consent. Account and newsletter emails are sent through Resend. Every newsletter and getting-started email has a one-click unsubscribe link.

What we do not buy

For installed OS jobs, Agentik does not run a managed LLM for you or purchase host tokens. The host you connect (Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Hermes) executes jobs and bills you for model use. Secrets that belong on the host should stay on the host.

The optional website guide

Sending a message to the orb guide sends the recent conversation to AGK Intelligence to select public sources and a visual reaction, then to OpenAI to write a short response. AGK Intelligence is provided by TypeSafe AI (System One), https://typesafe.ai/, which processes the text sent to it. This website guide is separate from installed OS jobs. When you ask about your own team while signed in, Nova reads your workspace’s installed systems, project names, team definitions and access summary. This scoped context is sent to the writing provider to answer your question. It does not read API keys, payment details, connected-account secrets or other members’ workspaces. Confirmed upvotes are saved to your account. Do not include secrets in chat messages.

Emotional reactions are always active; AGK Intelligence chooses a reaction and your browser synthesizes the sounds after an interaction, as one short emotional sound while the complete reply is displayed. Emotion demonstration buttons send a chat request. AGK Intelligence also receives the final reply, previous musical motif and last requested musical performance to select or compose a response-specific musical variation. Requested music can use an original melody or a supported classical excerpt; replay settings and visual sequences stay in the current page memory. The site mute setting takes priority. Chat history stays in the current page memory; it is not saved to your Agentik account. Closing the panel keeps the current conversation; Reset, signing out, switching accounts or a page reload removes that local history. Our endpoint does not log message contents. The model providers process requests under their own data policies. A temporary hashed network identifier is used in server memory to limit request frequency.

Cookies

Clerk and Stripe may set essential cookies or similar storage that their products require to keep a session or complete payment. We do not sell that data.

Optional analytics

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 measures visits to public pages, campaign attribution, copied installation commands, offer selections, checkout starts and outbound clicks. Google receives browser/device information and processes the network request under its own privacy policy. Analytics cookies identify a browser; they are not your Agentik account identity.

We do not load Google Analytics before you accept. We do not send account identifiers, emails, workspace content, chat messages, form text or search queries. Advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Google Analytics does not measure the private app or MCP host.

Your choice is stored in this browser for 180 days. Analytics cookies expire after 180 days. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice; rejecting stops collection and removes this site's Analytics cookies. A withdrawal does not remove data already processed by Google. See Google's privacy policy.

Retention

Identity lasts as long as your Clerk account. Payment records follow Stripe. Entitlements last for the life of a one-time unlock or until a monthly plan ends. Instance audits last 30 days on $99 and 180 days on $199. You can export or delete workspace instances from Profile. You can also ask x@agentik-os.com to review or close a workspace record we control.
