An agent answers. An OS works: it keeps a mission, a memory, approvals, and proof. Builder OS is the OS that builds all the others, with a contract nothing goes around.

A validation program is the referee. Until it says the build is permitted, nothing gets built. The program decides, not the model's memory.
Every mutation: backup, atomic write, readback, cryptographic proof. Every OS ships with a doctor, a rollback and a hashed recovery archive.
No NanoTeam role can approve its own work. Review goes to a reviewer who is not the implementer.
An OS installs on the host the buyer already pays for: Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, Codex, Hermes, OpenClaw, Grok.
A primary model and declared fallbacks, down to a local model. The OS keeps running when a provider goes down.
Tokens come from the owner through secure input and never ship inside the package. A channel stays off until its credentials exist.
