Reflexion

Reflexion is an agent framework in which an agent turns feedback from failed attempts into written self-reflections, stores them in memory and reads them on later attempts to improve without retraining the model.

Reflexion sits in the Agents & tools part of the Agentik {OS} glossary, which defines the words used to build and run AI agent systems.
