Terms of Service

Last updated 15 September 2026. These terms describe Agentik {OS} on agentik-os.com. MCP calls stay on mcp.agentik-os.com. They are not a substitute for a signed enterprise contract.

Product lock

Agentik {OS} is the product on agentik-os.com. MCP install and calls stay on mcp.agentik-os.com. Clerk is identity. Stripe is payment. Convex grants access after a verified event. The host you already pay runs the model. Tokens are not included. An official OS unlock is $19.99 once, for life. Monthly plans are $19 for three official OS the member chooses, $99 for ten official OS, and $199 for unlimited official OS. OS Studio is included with any paid monthly plan. A lifetime unit unlock cannot create OS. Product questions: x@agentik-os.com.

Who we are

Agentik {OS} is the public catalog and host for specialized operating systems. Product questions go to x@agentik-os.com. We do not publish a street address or a company registration number here because none is on file in this product.

What you buy

You buy access to install and run an Agentik OS on a host you already pay. Marketplace and third-party OS are not included. Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, and Hermes bill you separately for model use.

How access works

A checkout success page grants nothing by itself. Convex grants the capability after Stripe signs a verified event. Preview OS may compile and still have host jobs that are not run. A name in the catalog is not a claim that every requirement is live.

Your duties

You keep your host accounts, API keys, and secrets on your side. You do not ask an OS to publish, pay, or delete in the outside world without an explicit approval the product actually implements.

Marketplace and affiliates

Creators keep 80%, 90%, or 95% of eligible marketplace revenue, by plan. Agentik keeps 20%, 10%, or 5% ($19 / $99 / $199). Eligible is after refunds, chargebacks, taxes or VAT handling, and Stripe processing. A referrer keeps 5% when their invitee subscribes or buys an OS, and 5% of that invitee's published OS sales, taken from Agentik's share, never from the creator's share. A public X post reviewed by us can unlock a one-time 10% checkout coupon. Access and commissions wait for a verified Stripe event.

Refunds and changes

Lifetime unlocks are one-time. Monthly plans renew until you cancel in the Stripe customer portal. If a listed Stripe price is missing in this environment, checkout fails honestly instead of inventing a charge. We may update these terms on this page. Continued use after an update is acceptance of the new text.
