Tool chaining

Tool chaining is the practice of an agent using the output of one tool call as the input to the next, combining several tools in sequence to complete a task no single tool can handle.

Tool chaining sits in the Agents & tools part of the Agentik {OS} glossary, which defines the words used to build and run AI agent systems.
