Logprobs

Logprobs are the log probabilities a language model assigns to generated tokens and alternative candidates. They are used to gauge model confidence, rank outputs, and analyze behavior.

Logprobs sits in the Models part of the Agentik {OS} glossary, which defines the words used to build and run AI agent systems.
