The interface follows the work.
Traditional software runs one way: database, backend, a fixed product, dashboards, workflows, then AI features added last. Every screen is drawn before anyone sees the work, so the work bends to fit the screens.
01 The other way
Agentik runs the other way.
Intent first, then the AI organization, then execution, then data, then the operational surface around the work.
The work does not adapt to the interface. The interface follows the work.
- Traditional SaaS
- Builds every screen first, predicts every workflow and adds AI later.
- Agentik
- Understands the mission first, builds the team and shapes the surface around the work.
02 Micro-interfaces
Small surfaces. One job each.
- Review queue
- The approvals that are waiting, with approve and reject.
- Evidence table
- The sources behind a claim, with the date each was observed.
- Missions board
- The missions to do, running and done.
They will appear when the work needs them, and step back when it does not.
03 Data first
The data is declared first.
A surface is only as good as the data under it, so every OS declares its data first: typed records, schemas, indexes and private storage by default.
A mission record has a title, a status and its results. An evidence record has its source and the date it was observed. Views read from that, and nothing is invented for the screen.
Views ship inside the package.
Growth OS declares its views: an overview dashboard, a sources and evidence table, a campaigns table and the organization chart.
Each view names its data, its actions, its permission and its five states: loading, empty, error, forbidden and ready.
A view that has not thought about forbidden is not finished.
