From a need to a working AI organization.
Describe the company or the problem. Agentik finds the organization it requires, builds the operating system, deploys the team, connects your tools and data, generates the interfaces and runs the work.
The first step is simple: pick an OS, install it on your host, work with its Director.
Twelve steps, in four phases, take a need all the way to a working organization.
01 Understand
Understand the need, its context and what it requires.
01
Need
What has to get done, for whom, and how you will know it worked. Send it as an Ask. The same brief is what Builder reads.
02
Context
The company around the need: its market, its tools, its rules, its words. Each client project keeps its own memory. Builder researches the domain and cites what it read.
03
Capabilities
What the work requires: research, judgment, writing, checking, connecting. Every agent declares the kind of intelligence its step needs.
02 Organize
Organize a Director, its teams and their agents.
04
Director
One entry point. It reads the need, picks the team and assigns the work. You talk to the Director, not to forty agents. Every official OS ships a Director.
05
Teams
Small specialist teams, one method each. Librarian OS runs seven teams, each with its own method.
06
Agents
One role per agent, with named inputs and named limits. Content OS has nine agents. A mission activates the subset it needs.
03 Equip
Equip the team with tools, workflows and knowledge.
07
Tools
The apps, APIs and services the team may use. Apps connect through OAuth. Your host, the API and the CLI reach the same OS. Nothing is connected without you.
08
Workflows
A versioned graph. Each step names the role, inputs, rights, budget, timeout, retry, validation and escalation. Formal work waits for your approval. Automations run only with your consent.
09
Knowledge
What the team knows, and where it came from. Librarian OS builds a Knowledge Pack with a coverage ledger.
04 Operate
Operate through interfaces, a runtime and results.
10
Interfaces
The screens the work needs: a board, a table, a review queue. Built around the mission, not before it. Every package declares its views. The interface forms around the work.
11
Runtime
What keeps the work moving when nobody is typing. Your host runs the model. Agentik holds the organization and gates the work, and its runtime will carry long runs: steps, pause, resume, retries and recovery.
12
Results
The output, with its evidence. The result comes back in your host after your approval, with receipts of what ran.
05 Vision
More than agents talking over MCP.
MCP is how an OS reaches your host. It is one transport, not the product.
The product is the organization behind the connector: who decides, who acts, with what, checked by whom.
What SaaS did to workflows, Agentik does to organizations.
SaaS turned a way of working into a product anyone could buy. Agentik does the same to the organization around the work. Expertise becomes packageable, and teams become installable.
The organization becomes software.
