Replanning

Replanning is the revision of an agent's or workflow's plan during execution when new information, failures or changed goals show that the original plan will not work as intended.

Replanning sits in the Agents & tools part of the Agentik {OS} glossary, which defines the words used to build and run AI agent systems.

Also called dynamic replanning, adaptive planning.
