Monitoring

Monitoring is the continuous collection and review of metrics about a running system, such as errors, latency, cost and output quality, with alerts when values move outside expected ranges.

Monitoring sits in the Infrastructure part of the Agentik {OS} glossary, which defines the words used to build and run AI agent systems.
