Memory store

A memory store is the storage backend, such as a database, vector store or file system, where an AI agent saves memories so they can be searched and retrieved in later sessions.

Memory store sits in the Retrieval & memory part of the Agentik {OS} glossary, which defines the words used to build and run AI agent systems.
