Least privilege

Least privilege is the security principle of giving each user, service or AI agent only the minimum permissions needed to do its job, limiting the damage if it is misused or compromised.

Least privilege sits in the Evaluation & safety part of the Agentik {OS} glossary, which defines the words used to build and run AI agent systems.
