Hierarchical agents
Hierarchical agents are a multi-agent structure arranged in levels, where higher-level agents set goals and delegate to lower-level agents, which may in turn manage their own subordinate agents.
Hierarchical agents sits in the Orchestration part of the Agentik {OS} glossary, which defines the words used to build and run AI agent systems.
Also called hierarchical multi-agent system, agent hierarchy.
