GraphRAG

GraphRAG is a retrieval-augmented generation approach that builds a knowledge graph of entities and relationships from source documents and uses it to retrieve connected information and answer broad questions.

GraphRAG sits in the Retrieval & memory part of the Agentik {OS} glossary, which defines the words used to build and run AI agent systems.

Also called graph RAG, graph-based RAG.
