Code interpreter

A code interpreter is a tool that lets a language model write and run code, usually Python, in a sandbox and read the output, which it can use for calculations, data analysis, file conversion and charts.

Code interpreter sits in the Agents & tools part of the Agentik {OS} glossary, which defines the words used to build and run AI agent systems.
