Transparency in AI is openness about how a system works, what data it uses, its limitations and when people are interacting with AI, enabling users and regulators to make informed judgments.

Transparency sits in the Evaluation & safety part of the Agentik {OS} glossary, which defines the words used to build and run AI agent systems.
