Tail latency

Tail latency is the response time experienced by the slowest fraction of requests, often reported as the 95th or 99th percentile, revealing delays that averages hide.

Tail latency sits in the Infrastructure part of the Agentik {OS} glossary, which defines the words used to build and run AI agent systems.
