The GDPR is the European Union's data protection law, which governs how organizations collect, process and store personal data, including data used to train or operate AI systems, and grants individuals rights over their data.

GDPR sits in the Evaluation & safety part of the Agentik {OS} glossary, which defines the words used to build and run AI agent systems.
