Factuality

Factuality is the degree to which an AI model's statements are true according to reliable real-world knowledge, evaluated by checking its claims against trusted reference sources.

Factuality sits in the Evaluation & safety part of the Agentik {OS} glossary, which defines the words used to build and run AI agent systems.
