BDI architecture

BDI architecture is a classic agent design that models an agent through its beliefs about the world, its desires or goals, and its intentions, the plans it has committed to carrying out.

BDI architecture sits in the Agents & tools part of the Agentik {OS} glossary, which defines the words used to build and run AI agent systems.

Also called belief-desire-intention, BDI agent.
